His primary focus is St. Louis City, particularly Shaw, Tower Grove South, Tower Grove East, and Southwest Garden, with additional experience in Lafayette Square and the Central West End. He also regularly works throughout the Central Corridor in Richmond Heights, Maplewood, and University City, as well as West County communities including Chesterfield, Kirkwood, and Ballwin.
Mike has a particular passion for St. Louis' historic housing stock. As both a REALTOR® and an active real estate investor who renovates, owns, and manages single- and multifamily properties, he understands old homes beyond the surface level. He helps clients evaluate condition, understand renovation potential, identify opportunities to build equity, and make smarter decisions about what they are buying or selling.
